Specsavers in Loughton is seeking an Optical Assistant with a passion for customer service and optics. You will be the friendly face in-store, using your experience in optics or Audiology to assist customers and support the team.

So, if you've had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you. As an Optical Assistant, you'll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians., Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
