Job summary

Specsavers Islington is looking for an Optical Assistant who is a proactive people person and ready to be the friendly face our store needs. If you’ve had optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you.

You’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand and your customer service skills to create an outstanding store environment for customers and the team. The role is full time, 40 hours per week, with training and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months experience working in an opticians.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and act as the friendly face in-store.
• Support optical services and create an outstanding store environment for customers and staff.
• Work in a fast-paced retail setting within the Specsavers Islington store.

What we’re looking for?
