Job summary

Specsavers in Twickenham is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our friendly team. You’ll be the welcoming face for customers, using your customer service skills and basic optical knowledge to support the dispensing team and ensure excellent service in a busy store.

We offer full training and development, with 40 hours per week including weekends, and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll be enrolled in our pension scheme with employer contributions and have access to Specsavers Perks,

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Optical Assistant - Twickenham

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
