The role focuses on delivering outstanding patient care, supporting the optometrist, and helping customers choose frames and lenses.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming patients and delivering excellent customer service.
• Carrying out pre-screening and pre-test procedures.
• Supporting the Optometrist and ensuring smooth patient handovers.
• Dispensing spectacles and advising on lenses and frames.
• Frame fitting, styling and adjustments.
• Carrying out minor repairs and ensuring glasses fit.
• Providing contact lens teaching and aftercare where trained.
• Supporting administration and appointment management.
• Building strong relationships to create a positive practice experience.
