Lunaria Recruitment is seeking a friendly Optical Assistant for a full-time role in Chingford, North East London. You will greet patients, assist with frame selection and dispensing, take measurements, and support the Optometrist and team to ensure smooth clinic operation.

The ideal candidate will have optical experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a patient-facing environment. This position offers a welcoming team and opportunities to develop technical knowledge.

Formación

• Previous optical experience is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet patients and provide a welcoming experience.
• Support patients with frame selection and dispensing.

• Carry out pre-screening and clinical support duties where trained.
• Assist with spectacle collections, adjustments and repairs.
• Support the Optometrist and wider team to keep the practice running smoothly.
• Perform general administrative duties.

The Role

We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Optical Assistant who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service.

• Meeting and greeting patients and providing a warm, welcoming experience.
• Supporting patients with frame selection and spectacle dispensing.
• Taking accurate measurements and ensuring spectacles fit comfortably.
• Carrying out pre-screening and other clinical support duties, where trained.
• Assisting with spectacle collections, adjustments and repairs.
• Supporting the Optometrist and wider team to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
• Carrying out general administrative duties.
