The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a customer-focused Optical Assistant to join a well-established optical practice in Harrow. We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals with previous optical experience who are committed to delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing spectacles to all levels
• Carrying out pre-screening tests and contact lens teaches
• Frame styling and advising patients on suitable optical solutions
• Reception duties and general administrative tasks
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service standards

Requirements

• Previous optical experience essential
