Job summary

Specsavers in Reading is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the friendly face in-store, using your customer service skills and passion for the Specsavers brand. If you have optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this role could be perfect for you.

The team is supportive with training and development opportunities, and the role offers flexibility with part-time options (3-4 days per week, including Sunday).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Optical Assistant - Reading

As an Optical Assistant, you'll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
