Job summary

Specsavers Melksham is seeking an Optical Assistant who genuinely cares and wants to start a rewarding career in optics. You’ll be supported by experienced Opticians and Technicians and have access to extensive training across the business. The role offers full or part-time hours and a strong start with competitive pay.

You’ll help customers, book eye tests, take measurements, and provide style advice, with opportunities to grow within the Specsavers network.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with interest in optics and eyewear.
• Ability to welcome and assist customers in-store.
• Willingness to learn and develop in optical field.

Optical Assistant

Based in Melksham with occasional shifts at Devizes and Chippenham
