Job summary

Specsavers Washington is seeking a friendly Optical Assistant to welcome customers and provide first-class service in a busy optical store. You’ll have access to extensive training and development, with support from experienced Opticians and Technicians to help you grow in your role.

The position offers full-time 40 hours or part-time options, with a weekend day likely, plus a comprehensive benefits package including discounts and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Some previous optical experience is desirable.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of optical and/or Audiology terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Confidently welcome and assist customers as they walk through the store.
• Support training and development opportunities across different business areas.
• Collaborate with Opticians and Technicians to support the customer journey.
