Ace & Tate in Manchester is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our team for an 8-hour role in-store. The position emphasizes delivering friendly, expert service and helping customers choose frames that fit their style and lifestyle.

You will be involved in lens knowledge, frame adjustments, and sales support, ensuring every customer leaves with the right glasses and a positive experience. The role offers a supportive team and opportunities to grow within a fashion-forward eyewear brand.

• Share knowledge on lens types, coatings and frame fits to help informed decisions.
• Ensure lenses are polished and frames adjusted so every pair is ready to wear.
• Guide customers through lens upgrades, coatings and add-ons to meet their needs.

We are looking for an Optical Assistant in Manchester, 8 hours.

What our Optical Assistant do

• Create a welcoming vibe by making every customer feel seen and excited to be in store.
• Deliver clear style advice by helping customers find frames that feel right for them and sharing helpful style tips.
• Share your knowledge by explaining the differences between lenses, coatings, and fits so customers can make the right choice.
• Get every detail right by polishing lenses, adjusting frames, and ensuring every pair leaves looking sharp and ready to wear.
• Handle sales with care by guiding customers through lens upgrades, coatings, and add-ons to make sure they leave with exactly what they need.
