Job summary

Specsavers in Enfield Town are looking for a proactive Optical Assistant who enjoys helping customers and supporting a busy optical team. If you have optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, you could be a great fit for our store environment.

You will use your customer service passion to deliver a welcoming, knowledgeable experience for our customers and colleagues, contributing to a positive, fast-paced shop floor.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months experience working in an optician.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Basic knowledge of optical and Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service in the store.
• Support optical team with daily store operations.
• Assist customers with eyewear selection and services.

What we’re looking for?

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:

• At least 3 months experince working in a opticians.

This includes:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
