Job summary

Specsavers in Hessle is seeking an Optical Assistant to welcome customers and support them with vision care products.

We offer comprehensive training and development across business areas, with support from experienced Opticians and Technicians. The role is full-time, 42 hours, with a weekend day and a starting salary of £13.50 per hour. Free parking and Specsavers Perks are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they walk through the store.
• Provide friendly, professional service with basic optical terminology.
• Support Opticians and Technicians as needed.
