Job summary

Specsavers in Stone is seeking an Optical Assistant with some optical experience to confidently welcome customers and help with eyewear choices. You will work in a supportive team, using IT systems to assist transactions and appointments, and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with weekend work essential. Specsavers offers professional development opportunities and a collaborative environment with experienced Opticians and Technicians guiding

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience is required.
• Passionate, friendly and a strong team player.
• Confident using IT systems in a retail/optical environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with eyewear selections.
• Support customers with knowledge of products and services.
• Work with store team to drive great customer experience.
