Job summary

The ExcluSec Group in Bolton is seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to oversee service delivery across manned guarding and response contracts. You will build strong client relationships, lead security teams and drive service quality to meet contract requirements.

Based in Bolton with regular travel to client sites, the role offers a 40-hour week, flexible working arrangements and a company pool vehicle for business travel. A proactive, customer-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing security services across multiple sites.
• Good understanding of manned guarding, keyholding and mobile response operations.
• Strong customer service skills and confidence meeting clients.
• Ability to lead, support and communicate with staff.
• Good organisational skills and prioritisation.
• Practical approach to resolving problems and following actions to completion.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main operational contact for assigned manned guarding and response clients.
• Visit clients regularly, understand requirements and maintain positive relationships.
• Hold service review meetings and follow up on actions.
• Own complaints and escalated service issues with prompt resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and support client retention.
• Monitor performance against contractual requirements and service standards.
• Oversee new sites mobilisation and changes to existing services.
