Job summary

Rising Talent Recruitment Ltd. invites an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to own day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities in the West Bromwich area.

• IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications would be advantageous.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager who enjoys getting the best out of people, improving processes and driving operational performance?

I am working with an established business looking to recruit a Warehouse Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, challenging the way things are done and creating a positive, high-performing team.

Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you'll have responsibility for warehouse operations, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring the operation runs safely, efficiently and consistently delivers for customers.

What you'll be doing

• Leading day-to-day warehouse, inventory, pick, pack and dispatch operations.
• Managing and developing supervisors and warehouse teams, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Driving operational performance across productivity, order accuracy, OTIF and service delivery.
• Taking ownership of Health & Safety, ensuring compliance, managing risk and promoting safe working practices.

What we're looking for

We're keen to speak with experienced Warehouse Managers or Operations Managers who have a strong track record of leading people and delivering improvements within a busy operational environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Proven experience managing warehouse or distribution operations.

• Knowledge of WMS systems, stock control and operational KPIs.

• IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications would be advantageous.
