Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking an Operations Coordinator for Volvo Action Service based in Warwick. You will own breakdowns and repairs, providing prompt, professional, and customer-focused support across the UK.

The role operates in a hybrid model (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) with a 12-week shift rotation and 40-hour weeks, including weekend coverage when required. You will work with the UK and European teams, using Volvo systems to track cases and keep customers informed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service-facing roles.

• Ability to manage and resolve issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of breakdown cases across the UK and drive them to resolution.
