Job summary

Change Grow Live's Newham service is seeking an Opiate Team Recovery Coordinator to support people in recovery from opiate use. You will work with individuals, assess needs, plan recovery, and coordinate with clinical and social care partners to deliver person-centred care.

You’ll engage with people across treatment, health, housing and community services, promoting harm reduction and strengths-based approaches while building trust and confidence in the recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Experience with people facing multiple and complex challenges.
• Understanding of recovery-focused approaches and harm reduction.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with high-quality case management.

Responsibilities

• Support people to engage with treatment and improve health.
• Navigate challenges and work with clinical and social care partners.
• Deliver person-centred support and recovery planning.
• Advocate to access resources and networks for longer-term recovery.
