Howden is seeking an Operations Manager to support Health & Benefits Transformation & Strategic Programmes. You will work closely with the Executive Director to translate strategic priorities into structured delivery across people, process, data and technology, coordinating across Operations, Client Services, Technology and Data teams.

The role requires a strategic mindset, strong governance, and risk-aware delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, transformation, and portfolio management within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into delivery plans.
• Strong governance, RAID management, and executive reporting experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Health & benefits domain experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership across transformation initiatives and portfolios.
• Oversee delivery momentum, interdependencies and delivery plans.
• Establish governance and delivery disciplines across the portfolio.
• Ensure readiness, controls and adoption for changes, transitioning into BAU.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
