Acuity-Knowledge-Partners is seeking an Associate Director - Operations Transformation Lead to drive hands-on operational change across HR, Finance, Delivery, Commercial, Operations and Technology in a London-based role.

The role focuses on leading delivery, identifying issues, evaluating options, and personally driving implementation to achieve measurable business outcomes within a PE-backed or value-creation context.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading operational transformation programmes across multiple functions.
Strong track record in driving cross-functional change with measurable benefits.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders to define problems and implement practical solutions.
Proven capability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience within PE-backed or value-creation oriented environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
