Accordion Partners is seeking an experienced Transformation practitioner to advise PE-backed portfolio companies on finance strategy, operating models, and digital transformation. You will lead engagements, design processes, and drive value creation across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and FP&A with a strong client-service mindset.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in top-tier accounting/financial advisory, exceptional Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and the ability to manage

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams.

Mansioni

• Serve PE portfolio companies with finance strategy and process improvements.
• Lead design and implementation of finance transformation and technology roadmaps.
• Manage multiple client engagements, align on expectations and drive projects to deliverables.
• Interact with C-suite and PE sponsors to grow the firm and win new work.
• Travel across Europe to client sites as required.
