Qualifications

• Significant experience driving transformation programmes, organisational change or business improvement in financial services or a professional services business.
• Strong understanding of financial-services operating environments, commercial drivers and regulatory considerations.
• Demonstrable experience delivering complex, cross-functional transformation across multiple programmes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into clearly defined transformation initiatives and roadmaps.
• Build robust business cases with financial baselines, cost/benefit analysis and scenarios.
• Assess organisational impact and define change interventions including governance and operating models.
• Lead governance, executive steering and benefit realisation across programmes and portfolios.
