Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in business analysis, business systems or operations.
• Strong systems knowledge across policy administration systems.
• Experience owning data remediation and data quality initiatives.
• Experience leading system/data/workstreams through change and transformation.
• Track record of continuous improvement using tech and automation.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of XML/VBA/PowerShell/HTML/CSS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational delivery for projects with technology-led improvements.
• Coordinate data remediation and maintenance across platforms and projects.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards for security and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Lead system/data workstreams through acquisitions, migrations and upgrades.
• Produce operational performance reporting with dashboards for visibility.
