Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Broad knowledge of the financial services industry and large-scale operational environments.
• Strong written, oral communication, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Exceptional conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning, organisational, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience leading operational transformation, business process improvement, operating model design, or service delivery optimisation initiatives.
• Understanding of operational resilience principles, business continuity considerations, vendor risk management, and assessment of solution resilience.

Aufgaben

• Build productive relationships with internal clients, teams, senior management, project teams, and IT partners; champion optimal solutions and drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Translate complex operational problems into strategic, cost-effective solutions with clear business value; assess options for resilience, recoverability, and control.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to align initiatives with strategic objectives and delivery roadmaps.
• Influence the organisation to mature in operational excellence, value measurement, and service delivery management.
• Own and manage capability blueprints for business lines; develop multi-year transformation roadmaps and stay informed on industry trends.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Operations leaders, Solution Architects, Engineering, Risk and Resilience, and Change teams to ensure governance and resilience alignment.
• Lead discovery initiatives, process assessments, operating model reviews, and transformation engagements; facilitate workshops for future-state capabilities.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate opportunities, costs, and benefits; inform strategic recommendations.
• Develop business cases and investment recommendations with clear outcomes, benefits, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
