Job summary

Government Commercial Agency seeks a Consultancy Transformation & Operations Lead to steer internal operational engines, design and implement business systems, and drive governance of commercial benefits across client engagements.

You will champion change management, develop dashboards for real-time visibility, and guide knowledge repositories, playbooks, and onboarding to enable high-performance consultancy delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing internal operations, practice enablement, knowledge repositories, or business systems.
• Experience tracking, assuring and validating commercial savings/cost avoidance with senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on design, implementation and embedding of operational workflow software, CRM/ERP systems, or dashboards.
• Strong communications experience with ability to build awareness and thought leadership.
• Understanding of information asset management, data protection and security compliance principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of internal business systems, workflow platforms and tools.
• Embed a continuous improvement culture across the consultancy team.
• Provide training, user support and change management to ensure high adoption and data integrity.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards for real-time SMT visibility.
• Govern information assets, access permissions, retention schedules, and compliance.
• Support development of CTT's sales pipeline across government sectors.
