Qualifications

• Experienced business operations or transformation professional who has reviewed, improved and helped shape internal operations of a growing organisation.
• Breadth to look across multiple functions rather than a single discipline.
• Experience leading end-to-end operational reviews across Legal/GRC, IT, People and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Assess our current business operations: embed yourself across core functions and understand responsibilities, processes and challenges.
• Review our operational infrastructure: evaluate processes and ownership across consultant workforce, ISO and quality management, systems and supplier contracts.
• Identify operational gaps and opportunities: assess unclear ownership, fragmented processes, and risky hand-offs.
• Clarify ownership and accountability: recommend how responsibilities and decision rights should be structured across functional ownership and governance.
• Improve cross-functional ways of working: simplify processes and strengthen communication between functions.
• Shape a scalable future-state operating model: propose phased recommendations on ownership, interfaces and governance.
• Assess evolving IT operations and cyber security alignment with business operations.
• Assess systems and dependencies: review how systems and controls are owned and managed for resilience.
• Drive and support improvements: implement changes with teams and balance transformation goals with practical delivery.
• Develop a prioritised transformation roadmap: translate findings into a phased implementation plan.
