Job summary

IAG Cargo is contracting an experienced Operations Training Manager for the London Operations Team. You will lead a cohort of trainers, ensure effective delivery of starter, recency and refresher training, and drive quality and consistency across London operations.

You will partner with Learning & Development, Operations management and planning to balance needs with timely training delivery and to monitor meaningful metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-moving operations.
• Proven ability to drive training quality and cost efficiency.
• Experience working with Trade Union representatives.
• Knowledge of learning and development in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the London Operations training team and manage approx. 30 trainers.
• Plan, track and report training delivery and outcomes.
• Ensure training quality, timeliness and compliance with plans.
• Interface between Operations and Learning and Development teams.
• Identify trends and implement training improvements.
• Collaborate with operations to align training with business changes.
