Job summary

ACTIVE TRAINING TEAM LIMITED is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of immersive training events in the UK and internationally. You will manage a small team of Training Delivery Coordinators and Production Leads, ensuring operations run on time, within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in an operational, logistics or events role.
• Proven experience managing logistics for complex, multi-location or international events.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including demonstrable direct line management experience.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce accurate client reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery operations and resolve issues.
• Lead Training Delivery Coordinators and Production Leads.
• Ensure projects stay on time, within scope and budget.
• Maintain accurate records and report against KPIs.
• Create and distribute monthly client reporting documents.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and on-site teams to manage delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement across programmes.
