i24 Group in Birmingham is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to run the local branch days, supervise a small team and ensure daily tasks are completed accurately.

You’ll handle in-store customer service, mail handling, returns, order fulfilment, and client queries, while maintaining high standards and adhering to procedures.

This role offers day-to-day variety, on-site parking, and a supportive environment with training to develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a small team in retail, office, warehouse, or operations.
• Customer-facing experience and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus IT and admin skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day running of the Birmingham branch.
• Support and coordinate a small team.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and in line with procedures.
• Oversee mail handling, returns and order fulfilment operations.
• Complete client billing and administrative tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service to business clients and retail customers.
• Respond to customer and client inquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Help ensure the branch operates safely, efficiently and compliantly.
• Identify problems and suggest improvements.
• Act as a key holder for the branch.
• Collaborate with the UK Operations Manager for day-to-day running.
