Looking for a role as a key collaborator involved in the strategic planning of an Operations team? As Operations Team Leader, you’ll lead and develop a dedicated team, supporting both Underwriting and Agency departments.

• Support and coach teams and departments, collaborating at all levels.
• Identify process improvements, implementing and maintaining efficiencies.
• Act as the primary contact for internal queries and task delegation.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to establish and monitor task goals.
Required skills, experience, qualifications:
• 5+ years of relevant operations experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong supervisory and workflow management experience.
• Ability to analyse data trends and innovate processes.
