Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Craigavon is seeking a Systems Assistant Operations Manager to lead a team in our facilities management operations. You will oversee day-to-day activities, drive service levels, and ensure targets are met with strong IT proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The role demands effective leadership, decision-making under pressure, and the ability to coordinate training and recruitment to maintain headcount and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience in a similar role.
• Effective leadership and clear communication.
• Ability to make responsible decisions under pressure.
• Able to meet targets and manage a high‑pressure environment.
• Inspire and motivate team members; lead by example.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CASH for windows or equivalent is desirable.
• Attention to detail and safe working practices.
• Willingness to undertake additional duties as required.
• Comply with IS 27001 standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities and performance of your team, monitoring service levels.
• Set targets, implement guidelines, and assist with issues.
• Ensure team understands objectives and works toward goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to bridge knowledge gaps.
• Coordinate training and recruitment to maintain headcount and knowledge.
• Track performance to present data on productivity to clients.
• Rota management.
