Morrisons is looking for a Team Manager to drive operations across our large-scale production/warehouse environment. You will lead, engage and develop your team to deliver results, with daily and weekly KPI targets to meet.

Reporting into the Department Manager, you will monitor performance, coach staff, manage costs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a large scale production/warehouse operation.
• Proven ability to monitor and drive KPIs and implement improvements.
• Track record of coaching and developing staff.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and drive KPIs and take action to meet targets daily and weekly.
• Set performance targets, review progress and plan improvements, including cost reduction.
• Identify solutions and drive continuous improvement strategies.
• Spot and develop talent through coaching and guidance.
• Look after colleague welfare and attendance standards.
• Allocate tasks and conduct daily shift briefs.
