Job summary

Catalent Swindon is seeking an Operations Team Manager to lead daily dispensing and mixing operations onsite. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while achieving production targets and fostering a strong Health & Safety and GMP culture.

You’ll coach staff, manage staffing, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on operation management, and excellent stakeholder engagement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operational or production teams.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Experience in GMP environments and change control processes (desirable).
• Commitment to Health & Safety and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dispensing and mixing operations teams to meet production schedules safely and efficiently.
• Manage staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage across manufacturing processes.
• Promote GMP culture, SOP adherence, quality standards, and batch record completion.
• Conduct deviation investigations and root cause analyses with corrective actions.
• Coach and develop team members through performance reviews and mentoring.
• Manage attendance, return-to-work interviews, and disciplinary matters.
