Job summary

Catalent Swindon site is hiring an Engineering Coordinator to coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring safety, GMP compliance, and smooth operations. You will manage RAMS, permits to work, and track maintenance in CMMS/JDE while maintaining quality records.

The role requires effective communication, contractor oversight, and strong IT skills. Onsite work with regular cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Production, Quality and Procurement is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering/PM background with scheduling experience.
• Experience managing contractors in engineering/facilities.
• RAMS review and permits to work experience.
• Proficient with CMMS/JDE and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise engineering contractors ensuring safety and GMP.
• Review RAMS and issue permits to work before maintenance.
• Manage maintenance work orders in CMMS/JDE and update records.
• Raise and manage engineering quality records (deviations, change controls, CAPAs).
• Coordinate pest control and ensure corrective actions.
• Raise POs, obtain quotations, process invoices, and purchase support.
• Maintain engineering documentation and SOPs.
• Liaise with Engineering, Production, Quality, EH&S, Procurement and suppliers.
