Job summary

BRE in Watford/Glasgow is seeking an Operations Team Leader to guide a team of Operations Support Co-ordinators, ensuring efficient delivery of services across BREEAM products.

Hybrid role with two days per week in the office and occasional travel. You will drive KPI performance, manage purchasing, invoicing and supplier relationships, and ensure quality across ISO standards while supporting revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in an operational environment.
• Background in customer service or business support.
• Knowledge of procurement, supplier management or supply chain activities.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Operations Support Co-ordinators.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee procurement, purchasing, invoicing and store operations.
• Analyse performance data and report to the Operations Manager.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience.
• Handle escalations and ensure adherence to ISO standards.
