Job summary

BRE Group is seeking an Operations Team Leader to guide a team of Operations Support Co-ordinators across Watford and Glasgow. You will drive day-to-day service delivery for BREEAM products while supporting purchasing, invoicing and order fulfilment.

The role requires strong leadership, operational experience and a proactive approach to process improvement, performance reporting and customer satisfaction. Hybrid working two days per week in the office with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational, business support, customer service or administration.
• Knowledge of procurement, purchasing or supplier management.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience analysing and reporting performance, service or financial data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Operations Support Co-ordinators and provide day-to-day guidance and training.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs to ensure high quality customer service.
• Oversee BREEAM In-Use cost proposals, registrations, certifications and credit management.
• Manage BREEAM Store operations including orders, supplier relationships and fulfilment.
• Support procurement, purchasing, invoicing and business administration across BPS products.
• Analyse operational performance data and report to the BPS Operations Manager.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Handle customer escalations and complaints professionally.
• Support QA and compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 17065.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support service development and delivery.
