BRE is seeking an Operations Team Leader to manage a team of Operations Support Co-ordinators across Watford and Glasgow. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, managing purchasing and invoicing, and driving process improvements in a hybrid work setting.

The successful candidate will oversee procurement, supplier relations and cost management, while ensuring strong customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. A proactive, detail-oriented leader will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience in operational support or administration.
• Knowledge of procurement and supplier management is a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Operations Support Co-ordinators across Watford and Glasgow.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs to ensure high-quality service.
• Oversee BREEAM Store operations, including order processing and fulfilment.
• Support procurement, purchasing, invoicing and business administration processes.
• Analyse operational performance data and provide regular reporting to the Operations Manager.
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Handle customer escalations and complaints professionally per quality standards.
• Support QA and ISO compliance activities and cross-team collaboration.
