Job summary

Sky is seeking an Operational Support Manager in Osterley to lead the technical management team, driving recruitment, training, and development while ensuring top-tier operational delivery. You will balance people growth with performance and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.

You’ll collaborate with Technical Managers and the Senior Manager to align training with evolving industry trends, ensuring efficient resource use and strong stakeholder partnerships.

Job description

The Operational Support Manager is a role with people management responsibilities focused on developing and supporting the technical management team while ensuring the highest standards of technical and operational delivery. This role is equally about people and operations, ensuring our teams have the right training and support to grow while maintaining operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Lead the studio’s technical management team’s recruitment, training and development strategy.

• Ensure open and effective communication, keeping the team informed and aligned with business goals.
