Job summary

Securitas in Wales is seeking an Operations Support Manager to elevate service delivery at a high-profile aerospace and defence contract. You will oversee site security operations, support investigations, manage HR records, and act as first point of contact for employee queries while ensuring contractual commitments are met.

You will drive performance by monitoring SLAs and KPIs, coordinate with client and operations teams, and help recruit and succession plan.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
• SIA Licence: Valid Security Industry Authority licence.
• Driving Licence: Full valid UK manual driving licence.
• BPSS and Security Check (SC) Clearance.
• 42 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for operational employee queries.
• Assist in updating and maintaining customer information as required.
• Ensure rostering is accurate to minimise pay queries and enable timely invoicing.
• Maintain staff HR records and personnel files for the contract.
• Take notes on investigations and disciplinaries; ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in managing direct and indirect costs to support contract operations.
• Ensure operational data accuracy and report progress; flag variances and mitigate.
• Support audit and compliance reporting for the contract.
• Assist recruitment and succession planning to sustain service levels.
• Ensure compliance with Securitas policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in contract development and strategy initiatives.
• Support during emergencies and unusual situations.
