Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a Site Manager for the Radway Green site to oversee day-to-day security services and drive client satisfaction. You will manage a proactive security team, respond to out-of-hours emergencies, and ensure compliance with SHE policies while reporting findings and performance to the Account Manager.

The role requires senior security management experience, a valid SIA licence, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Senior security management experience.
• 5 year checkable work history.
• Must be a born British Citizen or held British Passport for min 5 years.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Valid SIA Licence (essential).
• Excellent communication and client engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of security operations at Radway Green site.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing security team.
• Ensure SHE policies, procedures, and training requirements are followed.
• Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Oversee incident reporting and management of security-related events.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain team members.
• Manage staffing levels, rostering, and resource allocation.
• Maintain site records and client reports to the Account Manager.
