GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Support Manager for our M&S site in Peterborough. The role bridges strategy and day-to-day execution, leading reporting and support teams to drive improvements while prioritising safety and compliance.
This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 with some flexibility. The salary is up to £43,392.17 per annum plus 33 days leave and other benefits.

We are looking for an Operations Support Manager to join our M&S site in Peterborough. You will play a pivotal role within our busy multi-customer 3PL operation. This is a highly visible position where you'll bridge the gap between operational strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring our warehouse and transport functions perform at their best. You'll be a key support to the Operations Manager, leading reporting and support teams, driving operational improvements, maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance, and providing valuable insight that helps the business make informed decisions.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 predominately, but there is a requirement to be flexible.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £43,392.17 per annum and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
