Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager for our M&S site in Bradford. You will lead a large operational team to deliver safety, quality, service, people and cost outcomes, and you will drive improvements across the site.

This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:00. The salary is up to £34,000 per annum with 33 days leave and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, dental insurance, a 24/7 online GP service, life assurance and an employee

• Proven operational leadership experience within FMCG, logistics, warehousing or a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.

• Drive operational performance by managing productivity, KPIs, service levels and resource planning.

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to join our M&S site in Bradford. You will lead a large operational team to deliver outstanding performance across safety, quality, service, people and cost. You'll play a pivotal role in developing colleagues, enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring we consistently exceed customer expectations.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:00.
