Position: Operations Support Manager (Italian Fresh Pasta Restaurants)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 PA (depending on experience) + annual bonus (based on performance)

Location: Central London

Hours: Full-time (45 hours per week)

Over the last 8 years, we’ve been on an incredible journey to build the brand for pasta for the next generation. We’ve managed to grow the company continuously despite everything the world has thrown our way. We currently have 4 restaurants, with a 5th opening in Summer 2025, and our family is now over 100 people — and growing every year.

With this growth comes complexity, and I'm now looking for an Operations Support Manager to help me take our operations to the next level. This is a vital role working directly with me (Ashik, the Operations Director), supporting our GMs (General Managers) and KMs (Kitchen Managers) across the group to deliver smooth, consistent and high-performing restaurants.

This would be an ideal next step for a highly capable and ambitious GM who’s ready to step up and prove themselves in a multi-site role. It’s also a great stepping stone toward an Area Manager role for the right person as our company grows.

You’ll need to be self-motivated, extremely organized, people-focused and excited about building systems and processes that make a real difference. The role is broad, fast-paced and ever-changing — perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, loves a challenge, and doesn’t shy away from rolling up their sleeves.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our GMs and KMs — their go-to person for support, guidance and day-to-day problem solving. You’ll help manage key operational functions and be central to keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes. Expect to get involved in everything from technical, maintenance and compliance to H&S compliance, site audits, reporting and buildings management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing site audits & ensuring brand standards are maintained daily across all restaurants
  • Coordinating maintenance, compliance and health & safety across the group
  • Technical & buildings management including reactive/planned maintenance & refurbishments
  • Contractor management
  • Implementing and improving operational systems and processes
  • Supporting in hiring, onboarding and training
  • Troubleshooting operational challenges and stepping in where needed
  • Leading on new site openings and launches
  • Supporting both big-picture projects and on-the-ground firefighting

Amongst other things…

There is no office — you’ll work hybrid from our restaurants and from home. You’ll likely spend 4-5 days per week in Central London (flexible), depending on what’s happening on the ground. Some weeks will be calm. Others will be more intense.

I believe in our teams having a good work/life balance with a happy life inside and outside work, but there will be times when work is required on weekends and other weird and wonderful times. After all hospitality is a 7 days a week business & it's important that our onsite teams feel us supporting them.

  • You’ll need to be comfortable working independently without someone holding your hand.
  • You’ll be supported and mentored, but you’ll also be expected to lead, solve problems, and make smart decisions on your own.
  • If you do well, this role can grow into something bigger.
