We are supporting a tech finance company in Birmingham to find an experienced Operations Support Administrator for a hybrid full-time role: 3 days in the Birmingham office and 2 days WFH. This organisation is renowned for designing, financing, and facilitating the digital transformation of large businesses and public organisations.

As the Operations Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Contract & Proposal Administration
  • Producing documentation for standard and non-standard contracts as requested by sales, ensuring high professional standards.
  • Ensuring adherence to procedures for acceptance of deals and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Creating and submitting contract proposals and tracking them through the in-house system.
  • Ensuring accurate and prompt customer billing.
  • Scanning and storing all signed contracts correctly into the system.
  • Logging each deal's contribution program accurately.
  • Liaising with the Risk and Refinance department to verify deal accuracy and completeness.
  1. Customers & Suppliers
  • Managing and controlling customer situations on behalf of sales, keeping relevant personnel informed.
  • Checking and approving supplier invoices in line with approval checklists, ensuring data accuracy and contract compliance.
  • Obtaining, maintaining, and reviewing invoice approvals before payments.
  • Managing the clearance of invoices over 30 days.
  • Collaborating with the accounts team to ensure prompt payments and improve inter-department relations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all company products.
  • Working with all departments to resolve issues and strengthen relations.

What They Can Offer:

  • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000.
  • Office 3 days a week, 2 days WFH (Fixed Office Days: Mon, Tues, Thurs).
