We are delighted to be supporting a tech finance company in Birmingham to find an experienced Operations Support Administrator for a hybrid full-time role, working 3 days a week in their Birmingham office and 2 days from home. This organisation is renowned for designing, financing, and facilitating the digital transformation of large businesses and public organisations.
As the Operations Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Contract & Proposal Administration
- Producing documentation for both standard and non-standard contracts as requested by sales staff, maintaining a high professional standard.
- Ensuring adherence to procedures for acceptance of deals and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Creating and submitting contract proposals and tracking them through the in-house system.
- Ensuring accurate and prompt customer billing.
- Ensuring all signed contracts are correctly scanned into the system.
- Logging each deal with a valid contribution program in the correct manner.
- Liaising with the Risk and Refinance departments to ensure all deals are correct and complete.
Customers & Suppliers
- Managing and controlling customer situations on behalf of the relevant salesperson, keeping necessary personnel informed.
- Checking all received supplier invoices for approval in line with the approval checklist, ensuring data accuracy and contract compliance.
- Obtaining, maintaining, and reviewing invoice approvals before payment is sanctioned.
- Managing the clearance of all invoices over 30 days.
- Working closely with the accounts team to ensure prompt invoice payments and improve inter-department relations.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all company products.
- Collaborating with all departments to resolve issues and enhance relations.

What They Can Offer
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000.
- Office 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), 2 days WFH.
- Working hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
