Job summary

Ubico is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in the Gloucestershire area. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the day to day activities of the operational workforce, covering all aspects of waste management, health and safety, compliance and routine administration duties.

You will need to be decisive, manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence to be able to drive a range of vehicles up to and including 3.5 tonnes gross weight
• Experience in office environment / similar or related role
• Experience of managing a team

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day to day activities of the operational workforce, covering waste management, health and safety, compliance and administration
• This is a dynamic and fast paced role requiring decisiveness and the ability to balance competing priorities
• Support continuous improvement through reviewing processes and implementing changes
