Ubico Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Operations Supervisor to join our busy team. You will report to the Operations Manager and supervise the day-to-day activities of the operations workforce, covering waste management, safety, compliance and admin duties.

This is a dynamic role requiring decisiveness, prioritisation and a proactive approach to continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid setting and contribute to Ubico’s

Qualifications

• Full driving licence to drive a range of vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes gross weight.
• Experience in an office environment or similar role.
• Experience of managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the operational workforce.
• Cover all aspects of waste management, health and safety, compliance and routine admin duties.
• Be decisive, balance priorities and drive continuous improvement.
