Summary
£36,000 - £44,500 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be cool, calm and collected, getting stuck in on the shop floor and behind the scenes. What you'll do

  • Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers
  • Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Lead and inspire the team to fulfill their potential every day using our Leadership & Company Principles
  • Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area and monitor KPIs
  • Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries
  • Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
