This is a frontline supervisor position supporting the FedEx Express (FXE) Safety Above All Culture, managing day-to-day sort operations and Cargo Handlers (CH) staff within a station. Responsible for guiding employees in package handling, routing, and recovery of service failures. The supervisor oversees all CH functions, including work direction, mentoring, coaching, training, and ensuring compliance with FXE policies, procedures, and regulations.
This is a temporary assignment for up to 12 months. Work schedule: Mon-Wed, Fri 9:30 am - 6:30 pm; Sat 5:00 am - 2:30 pm; Thu/Sun off. Posted 5/9/25, unposted 5/16/25 at 3:00 pm local time.
