About this role:

This role ensures the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the various sortation areas, adhering to individual work area requirements. It’s a physical job in a busy warehouse hub, requiring a strong work ethic and attention to detail. You will be active throughout your shift, ensuring parcels reach customers on time.

Key Role Responsibilities:

1. Management & reconciliation of warehouse activities (deliveries, Holdbay, etc.)
2. Efficient management of bulk/return deliveries with C&D and LGV fleet
3. Support bulk collection customer planning
4. Support LGV transport rules & regulations
5. Effective deployment of operational resources according to work area requirements
6. Ensure KPI targets are achieved or exceeded
7. Attend training and personal development courses

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or similar role
• Knowledge of resource management and deployment
• Excellent communication skills for operational information exchange
• Good IT skills
