IRS, a leading provider of radiation protection services for over 30 years, is seeking a customer-focused individual to join their team at the Liverpool HQ. The role involves delivering a consistent, high-standard service to clients across medical, veterinary, dental, security, industrial, and educational sectors.

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and oversee customer support and advisory services, including marketing, quotations, administration, credit control, team management, and customer service. We welcome applications from those with experience in customer service or operations delivery, seeking their first managerial role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute marketing materials for relevant services.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective customers.
• Provide quotations for services to new clients.
• Ensure training is provided for team members to carry out processes.
• Update customer contract schedules with dosimetry data.
• Prepare data for customer contract reviews.
• Manage dosimetry service administration, including account updates.
• Handle phone and email queries, providing first-line support.
• Record all queries and shipments accurately in the company database.
• Raise cases for the Scientifics Team following procedures.
• Coordinate tender opportunities with the sales team.
• Assist with invoicing and credit control processes.
• Adhere to the company's QMS and work instructions.
• Support training of new staff members.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a customer-focused or operational role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
